Our AKÇEwood brand absorption panels are perforated and identified with the code AKÇE101-111. The NRC value of the Acoustic Wooden Panels ranges from 0.38 to 0.42. Our product is made from 18mm MDF Lam / Coated material, designed to prevent variable frequency sound waves in the existing space from hitting the wall surface and causing resonance, allowing for clear audibility of sound. The panel features slot lines on the front surface with a solid distance of 28 mm, line depth of 6 mm, and line width of 4 mm. The back surface of the panel has an average of 1000 perforations per square meter. The hole diameter ranges from 6/8/10 mm with a straight arrangement of 32x32 mm from center to center. The back surface is covered with 0.2 mm thick imported acoustic fabric, creating sound absorption chambers. The perforation rate varies based on hole diameters and must meet the total volume of sound absorption chambers to achieve the NRC value.
